| Viewing |
| Can be conducted by our consultants between 10 am to 8 pm 7 days in a week. Having found your suitable property we will forward all details that you have given us, to the owner for approval of the rental. |

| Rental Agreement |
| Once the owner confirms that they would like to proceed, we will draw up the relevant paperwork to form an agreement to be signed by both parties. |
|
|
| Rent and deposit |
| An advance payment is required on signing of the agreement which will be one months rent. A security deposit is also required from the tennant which will also be one months rent. This will be returned to you once the inventory has been checked, and subject to the agreement. |

|
| Completion of contracts |
| Congratulations keys will be now handed over to you and you can move into your property. |
